Orders & confirmation
Placing an order on this site is a request to purchase, not a final sale. A Blujain advisor contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm availability, delivery details and payment before your order is prepared.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in USD and may be adjusted without prior notice. For first orders, payment is arranged by bank transfer or deposit; other payment options may be offered to returning customers at Blujain's discretion.
Shipping
Blujain ships worldwide from Türkiye through trusted carrier partners. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details on carriers, tracking and delivery estimates.
Returns & refunds
Return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items. Approved refunds are returned to the same account used for the original payment. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to start the process.
Product use
Blujain products are natural cosmetic care items. As with any skincare product, we recommend a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
